COURSE SETTING
Filmed in 2015 in Columbus, Georgia at the Ron Cottle Ministries Center, Dr. Cottle and Dr. Phil Byler teamed up to host a regional group of executive church leaders for a one-day seminar. This was a function of ACTS (Apostolic Coalition of Transformation Servant-Leaders) founded by Dr. Cottle.
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This course is the second of two recorded seminars taught by Dr. Cottle for leaders of churches, ministries and businesses who want to advance their understanding of the apostolic reformation which is sweeping the world in the new millennium. This seminar contains in seed form many of the teachings on the apostolic that Dr. Cottle has developed into books and courses. If you are new to the concepts of apostolic reformation, this course is your starting point!
In this seminar, Dr. Cottle and Dr. Byler present key concepts of understanding the biblical structure of apostolic reformation. In particular, this seminar focuses on the structure of the local church and the functioning of its leadership. Thoroughly biblical in its scope, students taking this course will learn:
○ Principles from the cave of Adullam that illustrate the emerging New Apostolic Church
○ Key characteristics of the "Third Day Church"
○ Pictures of the church and its call to reform the world through cultural transformation
○ Traits of the spiritual father and son relationship
○ Steps for spiritual fathers to "set up" sons and daughters
○ How to recognize and appoint elders in a local ministry
○ How to build a culture of honor in your ministry

Your Instructor
Dr. Ronald E. Cottle is the Founder and President Emeritus of Christian Life School of Theology (CLST Global), the Founder and President of Beacon College in Columbus, Georgia, the Founder and President of Cottle College and a former President of the Assemblies of God Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. He received a diploma in Theology from Southeastern Bible Institute, Lakeland, Florida, a B.A. in English-Religion, Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, the M-Div. from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina, and both the Ph.D. in Religion and the M.S.Ed. and Ed.D. in Higher Education from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Dr. Cottle and his wife of sixty-plus years, Joanne reside in Columbus, Georgia and have one son, Ron Jr.
